Geda transport was established by business sector administered by the Tumsa endowment for the  Oromia Development, Oromia development supervision Authority and Biftu Adunya Bussiness share company  in the year 2006 E.C  with the capital of one billion birr with the primary objective of filling the transport service gaps at the national level. . Currently, its capitals and reserve reached about 126 million Birr. Gada Transport Private Limited Company is a Company operating under the ownership and supervision of the General Assembly and Board of Directors. Headquartered at the Capital Finfinnee, the Company has been in operation since its establishment in 2014.
